June 2017 Family of the Month

Congratulations to the Starns Family for being our June Family of the Month! Joshua and Jennifer Starns are the parents of Julian, in the Pre-kindergarten class, and Jakob, in the Lambs’ class. We asked Joshua and Jennifer to share a little bit about their family.
“We joined the Little Lamb family four years ago when Julian entered the Lambs class at 10 months old. Jakob started last year and is currently in the Lambs class. Julian is now in the Pre-K class and will be attending Cherry Tree Elementary in the Fall.
We don’t have a common favorite family activity. Julian likes to listen to his mom read, and watch TV shows. He also likes to stay at hotels, so we arrange for an overnight stay at least once per year. Jakob is obsessed with playing outdoors and Joshua likes to play video games.
Jennifer is from Jamaica, was offered a job and moved to Indianapolis 13 years ago. Joshua and Jennifer met at church and married two years later. She is the Manager of Consulting Services for SAGlobal-US, and Joshua is Certified in Long-term care planning. It is Joshua’s family tradition to name each male child starting with the letter “J”. Jennifer’s nephew has a son, Giovanni, who is in the Panda class. We attend Northview Church.”
