School has started and one of our favorite ways to kick off the school year is by hosting the annual Little Lamb Family Cookout. Our co-founder, Chuck Duke, donned an apron and cooked up some hotdogs and cheeseburgers for the families to enjoy! The parents got to check out their children’s new classrooms, visit with friends, and talk with the teachers. It’s safe to say that the children’s favorite part of the cookout was jumping in the bounce house. We set it up for the entire day, so the children enjoyed it all day long!
This cookout was extra special this year because we invited both past and present Little Lamb families to come celebrate our 28th year of school! We’ve seen over 2,457 families come through our doors, and it has been such a privilege. We feel truly blessed that God has used our school to serve so many families in our community. We are praying that God will use us in big ways for the 2014-2015 school year and hope this will be our best school year yet!
