 When did you start working at The Little Lamb Christian School?: January 2019
How long have you been working with children? Tell us about your background: “I hate to show my age, but 20 plus years! I started with high school (Dean of Discipline) then moved to a primary center.”
Education: “Bachelor of Science, Early Childhood Education from Ashford University”
Tell us about your family: “My husband Mark and I have five children. It has been a little tough on me being ‘empty nesters!’ Drake and his family live in Zionsville, Monica is a news anchor in Illinois, Colleen lives in San Francisco and works for IBM, Lauren is an elementary teacher and my baby who is 21 is a junior at Duke.”
Hobbies: “Cooking, gardening and traveling.”
Favorite Candy: “white chocolate”
Favorite Movie: “Up”
Favorite Music: “Country”
Tell us something that most people don’t know about you: “I was a flight attendant for 8 years.”
Why do you love to work with young children?: “I love their innocence. Their brains are like sponges and their willingness to learn.”
What do you enjoy most about working at The Little Lamb Christian School?: “The kindness and support of this amazing staff!”
Favorite Bible Verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
